We think all things are equal only if there SIMPLE!!  Here are a few simple ways to accomplish difficult tasks!

1) Octi-Hole Punch: We’re kidding you can call it whatever you want.  We call it Tremendous cause of the time and hassle it saves on accessing walls.  This tool is $3,000.00(again, just kidding!) or you can make this punch yourself, this is just to get you started!?

A lot of Tech’s are still using a drill and bit to access walls. Take a 1” (inside hole diameter) section of schedule 40 pvc plumbing pipe 16” long. Cut one end at approximately 60 degree angle. After you have removed the Base Trim, Place the angled end under the caulking line at the desired first location and tap lightly until the tube cuts an access hole to insert the jet of the Octi-Dry® Wall Dryer. Use the 16 inch punch to measure from this hole to the desired location of the next hole!!! This technique came from my long time friend Carl!!! Everyone thanks you Carl!!

2) We all have had wet ceilings and wanted to dry them instead of ripping them out!  Well here are a couple of  ways to dry ceilings.

In the first example is a two story loss and the ceiling on the first floor is being dried from the second floor by pushing dry air thru the sub-floor decking via the octi-dry system!

The second example is a one story ceiling being dried by venting the dry air up to the Octi-Dry and directing the air where the moisture is.
